Focus on Your Strengths, Gary Vaynerchuk, author of CRUSH IT, tells us.   Focusing on Focus!!   We are who we are…I cannot be Tracey Walker anymore than she can be David Wood.   As Gary Vaynerchuk, says Focus on YOUR STRENGTHS!  Be the Best Penguin YOU were meant to be!  SO why am I saying this?

The last 2 weeks, I have noticed that I haven’t been feeling 110% Happy in my home based business, Have you ever felt like you were going around in a circle, doing something but not really ending your day with a sense of Power and Accomplishiment?     I started to look at my behavior, where was I spending my time, where was I wasting my time, what was I doing when I was feeling great…and I came to the realization that #1.  I was not focusing and #2. I was not being the BEST Pat McKeon that I can Be.  I was not focusing on my strengths.

I realized that for ME, Focusing on one thing at a time is difficult.  Even Though I have said many a time, FOCUS on 1 thing, Master It!  Focus on 1 Primary, Focus on Mastering 1 Software or training program at a time.  And yet, here I was subscribing to every Guru’s opt-in , every software,  program,  etc, all leading me to a feeling of Despair.  A feeling that I was not accomplishing anything of REAL SIGNIFICANCE!!  I sat with that feeling for several days.

I realized that in order for me to hit the highest level of my Success, both personally and in business, I needed to do 2 Things….#1. Focus on My Strengths, #2. Commit to Mastering 1 thing at a time.

There is no way for me to focus on more than 1/2 marketing methods at a time, and I love to blog and make videos which are really my strengths, and I enjoy doing them.

The other bit of  the puzzle, is that I have witnessed, hundreds including myself, jumping into the next new shiny program or online business.

I have chosen to Focus solely on 1 Network Marketing/Educational Platfrom until I get it to $5000 per month in residual income, even if that takes me a year, which I highly doubt as we are being taught how to make a minimum of $100 per day, $500 per day & $1000 per day.

How did I , Pat McKeon, go From Zero to Network Marketing HERO  There are a few steps that you can take starting today to set youself up to go From Zero to Network Marketing Hero.   First I will tell you a story.   Just about a year ago, I was totally burnt out in my RE career and kept losing deal after deal. You know when God is trying to tell you something, but you don’t listen?  I had decided to go into Network Marketing an industry I had always loved.  I joined this incredible community and learned how to Market Successfully ONLINE.  I joined my mentor Jordan, in his 100 Day Biz Builder Challenge, and I began to see that I could go from Zero to Network Marketing Hero . SO CAN YOU!! At one point, the time it would take for me to achieve success didn’t matter.  What I was committed to was Winning at this game and it didn’t matter how long it would take!  The more I studied, put out content, Made YOUTUBE VIDEOS, posting them to Better Networker, being a Featured member of Better Networker, Generating my first ever leads online, making my first ever money online, I began to gain more confidence.  The more you stick around, this can happen for you as well..

If you are not Spending Money on your MLM Education    Watch the video,   I want to share with you from personal experience, the more we learn and go to training events, its a strange phenomena, but it really is true, the more money we make.  Now if you are on a budget, there is a ton of Free Training, however, you still have to make an Exchange, so when you learn something, you can make a video and teach it to someone who just may be looking for that information at that moment!  If you are not Spending Money on your MLM Education, you are selling yourself short!

One Life Alliance Pledge, what is it?    My friend  Mark who has been part of The Synchronicity Foundation in the Blue Ridge Mountains in Virginia for about 20 Years, called me in November 26th 2008 to let me know that a group of  people from the Synchronicity Foundation had gone on a Spiritual Journey with Synchronicity Founder Master Charles Cannon  to Mumbai.  I have had along with my girlfriend spent time in Virginia and have made some wonderful friendships.   Mark was, telling me that The Oberoi Hotel was under attack  and Naomi and her dad Alan Scherr, might have been shot. I , of course was not only shaken up but I felt like I was frozen, I could not move, I was in totally disbelief.

Naomi, was an incredible kid, with a light in her eyes and a lovable sense of having fun and looking forward to attending preparatory school in Troy, New York.  At the time , I, was living in Albany, NY, so I was  looking forward to being there for her!!  Her mother and Alan’s wife Kia Scherr, was of course grief stricken, however , At a time when most people would have simply said “No,” through her pain, Kia found the courage to say “Yes!” Yes to forgiveness. Yes to love. Yes to Life. What does it matter if you Generate 100 Leads per day, if you don't Call them !!  The buzz in the Network Marketing Industry is all about Generating Leads.  The number 1 issue for tons of network marketers, isLack of Leads to talk to.  Now, personally, I find this to be a bit hard to understand, especially since we have access Everyday to tons of people to speak to.   Ray Higdon, one of my mentors and top income earner in his primary, Says talk to 20 people per day, get 20 No’s Per day.  Do you realize how easy it is to gather 20 people to talk to?  Especially when they are Calling YOU!!  OK, so here is my Personal Experience with Not Calling your Leads!  I was on facebook and ran across someone’s profile that was of interest to me as the website was about somebody who is/was in Real Estate as well as a Utilities/gas & electric network marketing company.  I sent them a Facebook Message, asking for a call or send me their  contact number and I would call.  The next day, him sent me her phone number, now keep in mind that I live in Panama City, Panama, so I use Skype with a USA phone number.   I get this message!   Hi….it would be better if you could text me as I hardly ever listen to voice mail messages.  So, if I don’t get back to you until next week, you know why.”  What does it matter if you Generate 100 Leads per day, if you don't Call them !! However, its now about a day and a half later, and still no call…You really gotta get this:  Here, I am , or it could be you , Joe, Mary, whoever, Calling YOU to Get Information, to Exchange Ideas, to Possibly Join your Network Marketing Business, but you just don’t get back to them. do you really think they are going to want to join your business once you get back to them?  In Real Estate, Time Kills All Deals.  There are a ton of Network Marketing Companies out there…Why should someone Join you, if you don’t even get back to them within 24 hours or less!!   Set a Higher Standard for yourself guys.  Your Potential Prospects are Counting on YOU!!   What does it matter if you Generate 100 Leads per day, if you don't Call them !!
